1. Backend

Backend is part of website  regular website visitors can’t access. It generally includes an application, and a database and Content management controlling content on website.

2. Frontend

Frontend is exact opposite of Backend. Its a interface, visitor use to access the website’s content. Its also referred as User Interface (UI).

3. Bounce rate

Bounce rate is percentage of visitors of website who navigate away from the website after viewing only one page. In other words single page sessions devided  all sessions of website.

4. Browser

A font is a collection of characters with a similar design. These characters include lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers, punctuation marks, and symbols.

Changing the font can alter the look and feel of a block of text. Some fonts are  simple and easy to read, while others  add a unique style to the text. For example, Arial has a simple, modern look, while Palatino has an older more traditional appearance.

13. HTML

HTTP stands for HyperText Transfer Protocol.HTTP is a set of rules for transferring hypertext requests between a web browser and a web server. HTTPS stands for HyperText Transfer Protocol Secure but this time requests done over a secure, encrypted connection.

15. Responsive Web Design

Responsive web design is an approach to web page creation that makes use of flexible layouts, flexible images and cascading style sheet media queries. The goal of responsive design is to build web pages that detect the visitor’s screen size and orientation and change the layout accordingly.

16. SEO – Search Engine Optimisation
